Default I think visualization is as important as the exercises themselves.

My goal is 8" length, 7.5" girth. After 3 months of following a routine, instead of doing PE half assed, so to speak as I've done in the past, increasing the reps each workout and proper warmups every time and rest, I'm now at 7.1" length, 5.7" girth. I started at 6.7", 5.5" girth.

One of the things I wanted to do is incorporate visualization in my workouts. Already visualizing that 8" cock as I do my exercises. Because I can actually see it. I imagine getting a tape measure and seeing that 8" displayed.

I have absolutely no doubt that with work and committment, I WILL get to my goals. I happen to think visualizing them is a big key to my success.

Hi Terrya,
I fully agree with you! Visuaization defenetely works! That's why many pro body-builders consider it key for their gains.
I would suggest you something: try visualizing something unreal, like a dick 15" length and 10" girth: sure it's impossible, but it makes training more interesting!

Wish you the best for your achivements: you're very determined, You will get them!
