Default Warm up and Spermatogenesis

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with reduced sperm count/motility or morphology as a result of heating the groin area in warm up? As we know heating the testicles can affect spermatogenesis (sperm formation), and as I am trying to get the mrs pregnant, just curious if anyone else has experiences to share.

Its actually quiet safe as long as you don't cook them. No need to Heat up your Scrotum anyway as you won't be working it. Just use common sense and care and wait a good 72 hours between loads for maximum effect.

Ditto. Give the boys at least a good 72hrs between loads so they can fully build (both in maturity and in numbers) in order to increase your chances of hitting that home run.

Well, our testicles are outside the body for a good reason. It's generally too hot for them. High temperature reduces sperm count and motility.

The ideal temperature for spermatogenesis is 35.0 C / 63 F.

I don't think they get too heated up when you perform the PE warmup routine. What you should worry about is prolongued expore to heat (like wearing tight briefs or heated car seats) which can affect spermatogenesis.

New Scientist states that couples take longer to conceive if the man drives for more than 3 hours a day.

Good luck in the bedroom!

Dont wait 72 hours. The egg is only down and capable of fertilization for 12 to 48 hours . Wear boxers and keep your testicles as cool as possible. When you are in ovulation season have sex , then an hour later have sex again. The second time you have sex it will be unheated new sperm . We always called the first load "wasted" and counted on the second thinking its whats getting the job done.
My wife just brought up a good point , i should know since I've hit 2 ovulation home runs in under a year.
Other things that help are having her ovulation pin pointed . Usually 14 before the first day of her menstrual period.
Have her keep her legs up and not let the sperm run out after , 20 minutes is what we did. Also be careful when you pull out after sex do it real slow or wait till your not so hard so you don't create a vacuum and pull the sperm out with you.And women who orgasm just before or just after the man will retain more sperm , so make her cum.Lubes can be bad for sperm , cant help you with which ones since we don't use any ,but you should research it.
If you have sex twice a day starting 4 days before her ovulation till 4 days after, she will get pregnant sooner or later

This ovulation fact page will help pinpoint her cycle and help find her most fertile days .

Another thing , the amount of time in a month your wife can conceive is extremely small. You must determine her ovulation day if you want to maximize your chances of getting her pregnant.Sperm can live a few days in her vagina. New studies are showing that the closer to ovulation you to deposit your sperm the better your chances of having a boy. They say its because boy sperm don't live as long as girl sperm in the vagina. They swim faster they just don't live as long , so they need to be there with an egg avalible to get the job done before they die off and a female sperm does the fertilizing.

Ya guys , read that ! That sperm is alive and well swimming around a few days after we unload in our women. So when your down doing your duty giving her the tongue like no tomorrow. Your tongue is a landing pad for some rogue sperm.Ewww

So stay up high on her clit or dive in and risk loosing half your tonsils to some starving sperm?
