Default New here, Question..

Alright. So I've been doing this work out for the last week or so ( i know that isnt realistic to have any results yet )........
But I've been doing a 5 minute warm up, followed by stretches. I hold every stretch for about 30 seconds (down-right-left-up-out), then I jelq for 5-10 minutes. Another part of my "routine" is to kegel 50 times and after 50, do 10 more and hold them as long as I can.
As far as dietary goes, I drink a lot of bottled water, 3-6 bottles per day. I also take a once daily vitamin, a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement, and an iron tablet once per day.
I was wondering what kind of results I could see with this in the next month or two, and if they will be permanent?
Thanks for any replies I appreciate it.

Welcome to the PE Gym, GGJJS12. Tell us what your starting measurements are and we will go from there. No one can predict gains. And, your warm up time needs to be doubled.

Well.
My erect length is right at 6" sometimes longer.
And my erect girth is slightly over the 5" mark.
I think im doing my length measurement right (across the top right?)
I had always thought that I was pretty well endowed, every girl ive been with has commented on that being the case, but with my recent measurements, I really wasn't happy with my size so I want to increase it a little bit.
I read another post on here about how to compare size by using your hands and if your head sticks out of the top of both of your fist your pretty big.
Mine does that and my hands are 3 3/4" in length. It doesn't seem like my measurements add up right?? but how do you measure wrong? ha.
I would like to gain at least an inch, inch and a half. I'm not concerned with having a 10" monster; but somewhere between 7-8" would be really cool, 9 would be awesome, but I'm not entirely concerned with that.
I would also like to have a girth of 6"+.

Minimum double to triple HEAT UP time. Add super B, L-Lysine and L-Argenine to your supps.

Good Luck!!

I just read the beginner program and realized my Loss of Tug is at the 6:00 position.
Does this mean I should alter the work out program to just upwards and out?

And I would like to buy more supplements, but I'm really on a tight budget with things as are and don't have much time to go buy supplements.
I would like to stick to a work out routine such as the "90 Day Beginner Routine" and my basic supplements and see some sort of permanent increase.

Forget tug it doesn't matter at this point and also the extra supplements for now. HEAT UP IS FREE so double up that Heat up time and triple if you can stand it.

The largest measurement is what you go by . And if you stay steady you can add a inch in under 8 weeks or so, good luck
