Default Cardio exercise and PE...

This has probably been covered before, but I'm interested to hear everyone's thoughts on cardio exercise and penile growth?

I've just started running to trim up a bit more and generally improve my overall fitness. However I'm wondering if the oxygen being pumped around your muscles will hinder the effectiveness of PE? The theory being that the body uses the nutrients elsewhere in the body and this could limit gains?

Any thoughts?

Im not sure, but its something like 20procent increase in bloodflow.
And a higher bloodflow= a bigger penis

I PE after my weight workouts. I believe its like he said ^ ,the increased blood flow is beneficial.

Plus keeping /getting your cardio up will help you fuck like the energizer bunny

Cool, so going for a run before I PE is a good thing! I just want to get my fitness up but do not want to hinder any potential gains.

My best PE sessions have come after running at moderate speeds for 3 to 5 miles. I started at 5.75" NPBEL six months ago and I'm now pushing 6.5."

I think the only way you would hinder your gains with running is if you ran too many miles per week or ran too many miles for your level of conditioning. I remember a few years ago when I over trained. I ran 20 tough miles by myself on a warm day without refueling and was worthless for almost a week. I felt great that day and just kept on going. Big mistake. My mother, who was also a runner, would do 70+ miles per week, even when she was in her 50's. Her advice now that she's older: don't do it. The human body is designed for jogging/running maybe 10 or so miles before needing substantial rest. Too much running releases stress hormones and robs the body of too much fat. You'll look and feel like shit. Better to do 10 to 35 miles per week, depending on your age, conditioning and goals.

Anything that improves heart health and bloodflow is good for PE. Running actually loosens up and heats up the lower section of the body, which I believe would probably benefit a PE workout immediately following.
Good to see you back posting ReetB!!

During arousal, you get an erection and the pelvic cavity is filled with blood. Blood goes into the penis, into the testicles, into the prostate, into your pelvic floor muscles and all your other pelvic components. During an ejaculation, the pressure within your penis and the pelvic cavity reaches a ''climax'', meaning there is A LOT of pressure waiting to be released. After an ejaculation, all that pressure subsides. The blood leaves your penis and your testicles. The pelvic cavity slowly gets flushed out.

The stronger your heart can pump blood, the more blood your pelvic cavity will have (and quicker, also)

You might have a point there ReetB. For example, when it comes to building new muscle, the body is limited to producing about 2.5 pounds of lean muscle per month. That's why most bodybuilders only a train one major muscle group per workout.

But that's just a theory. Personally I PE after my gym workouts, too. My PE gains aren't really what some would call "impressive" but they're there. I am extremely careful not to overtrain and have a very high protein diet (even though I'm a vegetarian).

This is an interesting subject nonetheless and I'm very curious of everyone's opinion on this!

I used to run a lot, I always tried to get back into it. PE was that motivation needed. I've ran at least two miles ten days out of the past two weeks. Ran a 5k earlier, less than 20 minutes too. I didn't know I still had that in me! lol
