Default Am i just small or what????

Hey guys, i just joined this forum last night, i was curious so i was like what the hell.

I just got a question, im kinda a big guy i weigh 227 and im 5'10" my penis is kinda small and i was just wondering if that was related to my fat. Ive been a chubby boy since 13 and never really paid attention to my penis b4. Now im 20 and ive been curious for a couple of years about why my penis is small. Sometimes i think its related to me being fat but to be honest i dont know. I havent had sex yet either because of this. So to get to the point, if its related to me being fat then i should just lose weight then right? If not then will these exercises help me?????

Yes mate. If you got a lot of fat, then that fat will be covering more of the penis.
When you lose weight and reduce the fat around that area, you will see more of the penis and it will look bigger lengthwise.

Loosing extra weight is a good thing for many reason. I will point out few of I can think off.
  • better health(general)
  • improved self esteem(you will like yourself more)
  • when you feel good with yourself you will atract people around you(including girls)
  • healthier penis
  • longer visible(usable) penis


About stoping PE..
I encourage you to PE. Or atleast do a Kegel program.
If you choose to lose weight startting with diet and atleast some light exercises(aerobic/anaerobic), I say don't train all your skeletal muscle and omit one of the most important muscle for our survival.

By like a ninja. Train your whole body.

I see, well actually i was at around 208lbs 3-4 months ago. When depression and anxiety hit me i started gaining weight again. Now im at 227 which is really bad. Ive set a goal now and im going to meet it. BUt maybe for a head-start should i do PE with my regular exercise???

Also i read another thread that doing the PE wrong will cause many problems. i just started my first PE today. Warm-up, Streching, Jelqing, kegel(Ive been doing this for a while now, im very good at it) so my question is that when you are jelqing do you squeeze hard or just enough to push the blood through. i just get paranoid

You asked if your small . Yet you didnt give any measurements? Not only will weight lose instantly make your dick longer , it will improve your cardio and enable you to move better when your getting some pussy which will make you a better lover for the ladies . So pretty much everything gets better . Looks like losing weight can be a life altering affair , so get busy.
Remember even a small amount of effort daily will add up in the long run . And dont let hopelessness or depression get in your way.Knock that shit over and keep going.

Well im kinda ashamed of my size. its pretty small, and if the weight issue is a big role then i blame that for it.

So for the jelq if it hurts the head am i doing it wrong?

put it this way. Your body is made up of millions of cells. You are trying to move around those cells while jelqing, with your hand. How much pressure do you truly think you need to manippulate the movement of those tiny cells? Something to think about. Im sure you get my point
