Default Theory on Heat up/cool down after work out

So here is an idea I am looking for some input on. So you've done you work out and cooled down. What are your thoughts on heating up with a pad for about 20 minutes or so then doing a quick cool down and repeating this a couple times during the night while your ligaments are still loose and your dick is still plump and has more hang? I think it might help you grow quicker while solidifying gains.

This is called contrast thermal treatment and I use it regularly but not all the time. The theory is that by icing you eliminate swelling and slow the blood flow down to a crawl, whereas when you apply the heat , it speeds up blood flow and "flushes" the area faster than it normally would under a normal warm/cool down. I like it because it refreshes my unit and puts more spring in it but I'm not sure it actually speeds up growth. I do believe that it in no way hinders or slows growth though.
