Default Slinky Bends?

I'm not quite sure by the description in the girth thread what exactly I'm supposed to do. How much and I supposed to bend down? Do I bend and hold up for a few seconds then release? What's a few seconds?

Finally, KP I took your advice and I am taking 2 days off in between days of my routine:

Slightly more intense routine :
-Warm up
-1 set Tunica tug Length exercise
-Full set of O bends Girth exercise
-30 wet jelqs. OK grip @ 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth/length
-30 V jelqs. 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth
-1 set Slinky bend Girth
-(optional: basic stretch. Length exercise)
-Warm down

when I'm doing double uli's instead of the set of slinky bends, but is this routine more of a 1 day on 1 day off routine if I go back to the slinky bends instead. I received very positive PI's from this routine, but the plumpness goes away after the first day of rest. What exactly constitutes a set of slinky bends?

additionally, if it makes any difference. I'm on andractim now. I'm not edging after the routine, but I'm doing 60 minutes of edging on off days.

sorry I just realized I put this in the wrong forum, I meant to put it in the advanced forum, but can anyone help me out?

Edit: k sorry I think I figured it out. I think especially with the andractim I can do this routine every other day, but let me know if you think otherwise
