Post forskolin

I have found this supplement reading magazine, wondering if it could be any use in p.e.

Forskolin
An extract found in the plant coleus forskohlii and been shown to increase levels of testosterone.
It works in two ways. First, it increases production of testosterone,But also releases testosterone from a compound called sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG),which binds to testosterone and transport around the body. However, when the testosterone attached to SHBG it can't be taken by muscle cells and, there for breaking that bond increase how much free testosterone flows through your veins and muscles.

Any insight to this supplement kind of curious of taking this with L-citruline.

I don't believe everything I read. This to me, is just another way for someone to sell you something.

If you are young, healthy, and have a balanced diet, you don't need to add any crap to so called, boost your testosterone.

Forskolins big benifit is that it increases levels of cAMP. A critical "secondary chemical messenger". Very important with erections and testosterone production.
