I have a low sex drive. We are taking once every week or two that I'm actually interested in sex. I can get an erection fairly easy but the idea of sex just doesn't phase me. In fact I prefer sleep most of the time. My sleeping paterns are completely out of whack though. I work 12 hour shifts and they could be either 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. My girlfriend does have a car and her work times vary massively from morning, 3 different times of afternoon, two different late nights and one over night. I have to take her to and from work which can further screw up my sleeping pattern. Most times I work I get less then 6 hours sleep. Last week I had to stay up over 36 hours because our work times conflicted so much. The days I actually have off I usually spend 10-12 hours sleeping but I was once told excessive sleep is also bad for you. My work schedule (along with girlfriends) tends to prevent me from going to the gym or getting any form of excersice. I'm slightly overweight but nothing serious (about 5-10kg over) and try to maintain a healthy diet (it's the least I can do). I take it until I get a better job with a better time schedule and when my girlfriend finally get's her license, I'm stuck with a crappy sex drive?

I truly believe masturbation lowers testosterone. Guys try no masturbating for 30 days and notice how you feel. I felt like a bull and women were smiling, looking at me and just checking me out.
