Hey guys, here my situation that's been bothering me FOR AGES(sorry admins if its in the wrong forum, it seems related to PE Theory and seemed like the best forum for it): Background: From age 12(first ejaculation) to the age of around 16, i used to masturbate A LOT. I would wake up before school, masturbate once or twice, come home from school, masturbate, and nap, and THEN about another 1-3 times before bed! I was SO horny, and still am! The fact that i had that habit for 4 full years may seem shocking enough, but heres the part that i think messed up my penis. The way i would masturbate, to avoid my parents catching me was as follows. I would look at a porno, and then lay down on my bed and hump my mattress with my boxers still on, and fall asleep right after. Sometimes I wouldnt get enough satisfaction from the initial masturbation, so I would go another time, and then fall asleep. Upon sleeping, my penis would stay straight up, and i would sleep like that virtually all night, until i rolled over. So again, four years of doing this technique, during my critical puberty years. That adds up to 365 days in a year * 4 years * around 5 times a day = over 7000 times masturbating with this technique!!! I cannot wear a bathing suit, gym shorts, or sweatpants without having a little embarrassing point sticking out of my pants. ![]() I have been consciously trying to stop my porn addiction, with some hard earned success, and now try my hardest to masturbate at most 4 times a week, because im convinced that my penis needs time to recover after all that abuse. And also, i stopped the mattress humping around the age of 16, with an occasional session until the age of 18. Good news is i havn't humped my mattress in over four years! Concerns: So, the reason why im concerned is for two reasons: First: My penis(in its average flacid state) sticks out at a straight 45 degree angle, sometimes closer to 90 degrees. (If you want to see images, and dont believe me, i can send you pics. Couldnt figure out how to post them on here) Second: I am 6'2" tall, and weight 190 pounds. I have descent girth. But, I have been convinced that my over masturbation and bad technique have caused my penis to sort of not grow at all during puberty. So, in other words, i feel like all that masturbation got in the way of my penis growth during critical growth years. Side note to this- my dad and all my brothers have larger than average penises, and none of them masturbated the way i did(i don't think). So, i know there is no exact answer here, but i would GLADLY appreciate any and all advice anyone could give me on the topic. I DO RESPECT AND ANSWER POSTED. Also, im pretty embaressed about my flacid penis, so please keep the comments clean and objective. I know the post was serious, but im very serious about this topic. Mattress humping can cause ED. So it is a good thing you stopped. I would if i were you begin a PE routine like the 90 day beginers routine. Your still in puberty and have some natural growth still to go.

bro , i have been jerking off several times a day since i was 12 years old ... even after sex i will jerk off. Anyway i would try some stretches and some low erection jelqs and try to keep your flasid plump to promote more of a downwards hang and after 3 months of PE try a hanger

Well, maybe there is a reaosn why your original BPEL was 5.2", and mine is 5.4", both lower than average. I just really wonder if there is a correlation between OverMasturbation during puberty and penis size, but in particular, while masturbating with bad habits, like i did. Anyway, thanks for the replies guys, i will definitely take a look at the hard flaccid thread. Any other suggestions out there would be appreciated!

Well I would masturbate 3 or 4 times a day as a teenager and my dick was normal. Later i did prolonged edgeing masturbation and this seems to have helped growth. The bed humping is a wild card though.

Yeah, and my penis when erect basically sticks straight up now....makes it difficult for some sex positions

it shouldn't bro , I think it may help correct it by having better blood flow in the area it should help more of a hang.
