This site says that the science supports PE since in a study over a 3 month period, men averaged an inch gain in length and almost an inch in girth. So what program were these guys on? Looking at everyone else's results, it looks like we're all doing something very different and less effective that whatever these men were told to do. Does anyone know the program they used exactly?

I have to admit, over a 3 month period and with a sample of 30 men (28 by the end of the study), when you see that the smallest gain was 1" and the biggest was 1.5" it kinda makes you wanna ask "what were these guys doing?!" I assume of course you are reffering to the Chartham Study? They say they use exercises similar to the ones we have avaliable to us. The only guess I can take is that they were perfoming these exercises in a well-controlled area and were therefore taught almost instantly how to perfect each of the exercises they had to do. After all, one would consider that if different men were at different levels of capability at penile exercise it would be a rather big criticism of the study. We, on the other hand, have to teach ourselves individually how to do each exercise leading to many different and perhaps even useless techniques (although we have very good video footage). It takes us atleast a few weeks if not months to get the hang of our exercises. LookAlive
