Default High Intensity vs Relaxation?

Before I begin this thread, I'd like to give credit to all the prior threads I had read along with my own experimentation that has caused me to take a different view on PE.

German Stallion's Paradoxical Pullout - Matters of Size :: Free Penis Enlargement Forums and Exercises

I have found in the past week and a half, that the quality at which my penis feels is much better than my prior workouts. Not long ago I began to do the Paradoxical Pullout. Basically you do a JAI as slow as possible and try to keep your penis and pelvic region as relaxed as possible. If you do it correctly, your penis seems to stretch forever.

I then began to take the same philosophy on my girth exercises and noticed that I was able to achieve a large amount of pump with minimal fatigue afterwards. I wasn't turtling at all and I've had some pretty good spontaneous erections within a couple hours of my workouts. Now my philosophy is to stay as relaxed as possible and slowly increase intensity, paying attention to how well your penis is staying relaxed. If it's tensing up, resisting the force you are applying, then I lessen the intensity, so that I'm still relaxed.

It appears to me that there is a "sweet-spot" or ideal force that you can apply to your muscles and ligaments depending on how recovered and how warmed up you are.

All of these exercises we do are not like lifting weights, they are like stretching your muscles to gain flexibility. If you stretch really intensely all the time, you can actually damage your muscles. According to my Karate Instructure, you should only stretch intensely once a week at the most. And you have to build up to an intense stretch. It takes a long time to get the muscles warmed up enough. You have to start by stretching lightly, and then moderately, etc.

You are becoming wise DryJelq but you are just now understanding what we have all been saying all along. All these guys think the harder they pull and squeeze the more more gains they will get but that has nothing to do with it, maybe this thread will show them down the correct path. The term "no pain no gain" has no place in PE, you should feel good and relaxed throughout your entire routine.

You need to start off light and understand the intensity that YOU need to produce gains over time. The link below describes my stretch strategy but not in full detail.
