Default Everything Routines

Hey guys,

I'm thinking about putting together a plan for a routine that involves some of a good handful of PE exercises. Here's the first vague, tentative plan that I thought up.


Everyday:
Pumping (w/ jelqing between sets)

Some days:

Jelq-based workouts
Clamping
Base Compressions (this is what I call those things that Dust described)
Slinkies
Head Squeezes


Any thoughts or suggestions?
Has anyone done a routine with a lot of variety or read stuff from people who have? (I know Big Girtha has "do everything" in his signture)

For the most part, I like your outlined routine. You've been PEing for what, 9 months straight now? I think your penis is probably conditioned enough for it. I'm also a big fan of mixing it up and doing a lot of different exercises. It helps keep the penis off guard.

One thing I don't like, though, is the "everyday." Do you PE everyday now? I glanced through your progress log, but I couldn't find the answer.

The penis needs some rest to grow. It's a lot like your other muscles. Dustpan gained several inches of girth, and he followed a unique alternating routine where he PEed several days in a row and then took a few days off. You don't necessarily have to do the same, but I would at least give your penis some rest.

Thanks for the reply Remek. No, i haven't been PEing every day; 2 on 1 off at the most.

I wasn't sure if it was a different story to some extent with pumping though, cause I've heard of a lot of routines where people were pumping everyday. I guess I'll definitely put some rest in there. I was thinking though, of perhaps having "active rest" as we refer to it in powerlifting/bodybuilding. Which is where you do some exercise, only much lighter; to encourage blood flow without actually stressing out your muscles.

My thought with that was that if I was doing 2- 15 minute sets at 5 in HG on my "on" days, i would do 1 - 10 minute set at 3 HG on my off day, or something like that. It helps for bodybuilding, do you think it would carry over in PE?
