Rep Power: 0 | does this really work? i have read the reviews and the stories and its like...hard to believe, but i was wondering like...is it true some of these guys have gained 3-5 inches over a period of time? I stretch a little bit while i am in the bathroom (i live in a college dorm room its hard to get privacy so i have to do it in the stall). But is this for real? I mean..i noticed i feel harder and a little longer, but i dont know if its mental or if its just the actually stretches. But i am goignt o measure soon so i can find out over a period of time...but i am stocked to try this and find out if it is true. |

Rep Power: 0 | Am on the same boat here, ive only started 2 weeks ago and even though i look abit longer am not sure if its just in my head. But there too many ppl on here like you and me, so am thinking if it didnt work, there would be loads of ppl saying this bullshit but its the total opposite. It just seems to me the moderators spend so much time answering our questions and not even getting paid for it for this to be false.
but when ppl say they gained 3+ inches.. that i find it really hard to believe. I think its possible to gain an inch or maybe even 2, but no way could i picture someone getting 3+. If it is a so called smooth muscle, which is something like 50% muscle then there must be limits to how much it can grow. Thats why u dont see ppl in the gym that train all the time the size of king kong. Think once u reach the limit ... then thats it. I mean i could be soo wrong, its really what i find logical. But its something that makes sence to me. But if you are going to do it, make sure u do it right and get a good routine. Think most ppl dont get any gains coz they penis is overtrained from day 1 and it doesnt have time to recover and grow. But i dont think muscle has everything to do with growth. The blood flow seems to play a huge role too, which actualy makes more sence then the muscle, that why some ppl dont lose any gains. If you went to the gym and train for ages, then u stoped for a while, ur muscles will start to fade slowly, but theres ppl saying that once they stoped PE, they havent lost any gains. Where if it was muscle that paid a key role in this surly it would fade wouldnt it? Maybe the blood flow and the muscle balance each other out or something... lol i have no clue what am saying am just guessing but yeh... my opinion |

Rep Power: 13 | The gains do not come over night, you have to work at it. Begin with the beginners guide, we all have been there at one time wanting to increase the size of our penis. Believe me the exercises do work if you want them to work.

Rep Power: 0 | I wasant saying i didnt believe. I really think this works, even if i dont gain anything for a while coz am not doing properly. Am only aiming for 1 inch though so am 7 inches, any bigger then that and it could be painfull for the girl rather then enjoyable, especialy if u end up going out with a short girl. |

Rep Power: 0 | Don't concern yourself with claims of enormous gains, especially if made by someone with something to sell. Everything you need to practice PE is available free here and elsewhere if you care to search it out. If you take the time to read carefully through the active and archived threads in the free forums, you will find that many dedicated PEers accrue significant gains in both length and girth. The key is always perseverance and dedication combined with the correct practice of PE. Even then, some guys have trouble gaining at all. No one knows exactly how gains occur, but elongation of tissues by stretching plays a role.
It's entirely possible you would gain from PE, but you must give it a fair chance to work. This means at least six months to a year of sticking with a sensible routine. Do you have the discipline for that? Always begin with the suggested newbie routine. If you try to plunge into advanced techniques right away, chances are you will seriously injure yourself. Stay with the newbie routine for at least three months before thinking about adding additional techniques. If the newbie routine is working for you, then simply stick with it as long as it benefits you. Always pay attention to the signals your body gives you. If done right, your erectile quality (EQ) should either improve or remain high during the practice of PE. If you suffer from poorer erections, or pain, during PE, you are exceeding your body's tolerance for the workouts. Read as much as you can about PE at legitimate sites such as this one. Keep your expectations reasonable, maintain your discipline, and you ought to do well. Don't measure too often--you risk disappointment otherwise. Measuring every two or three months is plenty often. We are trying to force growth on a complex organ which is normally done growing after puberty, so results tend to come very slowly. Those who've done well have hung in there for the long haul.

Rep Power: 0 | I'm in two weeks and I've noticed two things...
a) I'm bigger in the flaccid state (not that I care that much)
b) I'm getting harder wood. I'm 36, but the past few mornings, wow. I'm impressed. I beleive it the PC stuff... so if nothing more the soldier is definately standing taller. I promise thats no lie.

Rep Power: 10 | Perok: Good to hear it. We get a lot of guys here looking to improve their penis size - which is understandable . . . But I've always said that the real benefits of PE is the extra hardness, especially as a man gets older. |
