Green,

Slightly stretch your flaccid penis straight up (at 12:00).
Kegel.

Is there a tugback? Probably. If so, go down 1 hour on the "clock".
At 11:00, kegel.

If there is a tugback, then go down 1 hour and kegel each time until you completely lose tugback. When you lose tugback, that is your LOT.

I'm sorry I didn't see this post til now.

As of right now, all the "evidence" points to hitting it all -- no matter what. Whether you have a high LOT or a low LOT, stretch in all directions. You want to maximize your potential and not base your PE plan on a theory that hasn't been tested. But more importantly, check out the Ligament Shmigament thread that I directed you to earlier.
