Rep Power: 6 | When we men talk about kegels we are talking about exercising the BC muscle which primary function is to control the urethra. This muscle is used to stop urine flow, pump out the sperm when you have an orgasm, for example. The BC muscle also helps pump blood to the penis by contracting, you'll notice this when doing a kegel when erect. So by doing kegels you can enhance it's functions.
If your erections is not 100% full it can improve your erection quality and therefore your erect penis size. Some people might class this as a PE gain, others might not see it that way. In any case, it's a positive thing. |

Rep Power: 12 | i would classify that kegels are more important than jelqing. What is the use of having a bigger dick that is soft and can not penetrate a vagina. |

Rep Power: 0 | I was skeptical about Kegels when I first started. But being able to prolong an orgasm longer is definitely a major advantage. A kegel is being done every time you try to stop peeing and then starting again. So when you feel that feeling coming in bed and you want to hold it longer, having strong BC muscles from kegels would help.
I have never heard of kegels being used to improve erection over being used to last longer in bed. But improved erections come from Jelqs more than anything else. The entire process of jelqing is to increase blood flow, which increases firmness in an erection before making an erection bigger in the long run

The PC Muscle is the one that you contract to hold back your urine when you have to pee.

The PC Muscle is the one that you contract to hold back your urine when you have to pee. | Based upon what I've learned from this and other sites and from the book, BC is the more accurate term. Nonetheless, most folks do just call it the "PC Muscle", so that will probably yield more matches on a Google search |
