keeping your cock plump by doing mini jelq sessions throughout the day may help with gains. Example doing piss pulls after you piss or a few dry jelqs now and then. Getting yourself a 40?% erection at times during the day increases the blood supply and i think may actually be healthy for the penis.

Usually i practice a theory before i post it. But im thinking let soemone else in on the thoery before i give it a go. Would any one like to volunteer right along with me in trying out this theory.

So you would have plumping session throughout the day by masturbating up to a 40-50% erection then stopping and not blowing your load. Then jerk off later if you need to at the end of the day.
Also you can do piss pulls and a few dry jelqs everytime you take a piss.
You can also kegel a lot periodacally throughout the day.
The idea is to have a constant plumpness a semi erect state more times per day than usual.

Kingpole: I completely agree with "plump theory." It's a lot like Big Girtha's "Never Let it Turtle" approach. It goes along with why extenders, PE weights, and other traction devices are very useful in PE.

I stretch everytime I pee/shower. Whats a piss pull? Or do you mean kegel while peeing? Also could you explain how to accurately perform a dry jelq? I am cut.

You answered your own qustion with the piss pull. It's a stretch every time you take a leak, or whenever you get a chance. Check out our member videos. I know there's demonstrations of most exercises.

it seem to me i had constant good plumpness while taking AAKG.
