Default A new PE exercise.

I invented a variation of the "A" grip. Beleive me it feels like your pulling out the inner portion of your penis. I call it the "Fist Grip stretch."

After a good warm up for 10 minutes or longer.
with your penis no more than 30% erect or less. No more that 30% erect or the exercise can not be performed.
Make a fist with your dominant hand.
Place the fist at the base of your penis on the top side.
With the other hand grab the penis at the just below the glans.
Wrap the penis around the fist of the dominant hand.
Slowly lift the fist while your penis is wrapped over it.
Your penis will flatten out as it is being stretched up and over.
When the penis is stretched to its max, kegel and hold the penis in this position for 60 seconds.

What to expect, a bigger fuller flaccid. My flaccid after this exercise grows to be almost as big as my erection. And it is only about 40% erect after the session is over. This exercise feels good, not painful at all. If you experince pain from doing this exercise do not do it.

Repeat again placing the "fist" on the right side of your penis at the base, then left side, then the underside.

As far as erect length increases i have seen no gain that i know of. But my EQ is really great and flaccid hang the next day is fatter. Not so much longer but fatter.

This is an advanced routine not intended for newbies.

I have been doing this exercise for about 6 weeks now it it quick and can be done in a matter of 5-10 minutes post warm up.

You are right, this is a good exercise. I have been doing this on and off for a few years. It really seems to give the ligs a good stretch.

Yeah, I agree with Iguana, this is a great exercise and have done this for years myself. This is call the "A" stretch. Invented by DoubleLongDaddy.

Well, let's just say you "reinvented" this exercise. It's not very well known and probably not very many new guys have heard of it.

This sounds just like the flaccid bend. In fact, isn't it exactly the same thing? The only difference I see is that your wrapping your dingaling around your fist , instead of just a couple fingers, which is the case with the flaccid bends. What I'd like to know is why a guy who can wrap his flaccid penis all the way around his fist needs PE. I've got small hands and my tape measure measures 10.5 inches around my little fist. Is it your wrist your wrapping it around? Or, maybe you just wrap it as far around your fist as you can? That's probably it; but clarification would be nice. Anyways, if all this does is improve flaccid size that it doesn't sound so great to me. I've been doing the flaccid bends as instructed in remek's book for 4 workouts now, but if it's not going to do a thing for my erect size then I'd just assume stop. If someone could give there input on this I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

My hand is 3.5" on the knuckle span. about ten wrap around. You lay your knuckles againt the top of your penis. So therefore your cut out about two to three inches from your hand size. I say it is a 3/4 wrap around the fist at about 8". I can reach my ulnar bone or radius quite easily.
The exercise has the capacity to strech it beyond that of normal stretching.

Your penis flatens out as it is wraped over the fist, it elongates more. You sttrech more of the inner penis.
