So you are saying really try to thrust working agaisnt the roof of the vagina? Well I'll certainly give it a try, haha unfortunately I break the age mould here as I'm one of the younger guys on the board and don't have a wife, but I'll find a way to give it a try. Yes, they most certainly do get better sex whilst on top and I'd also say sensation is reduced for men (or at least, myself) which I presume is because less friction near the frenulum. You may very well have shared a valuable gem of information for how I can link any edging done with masturbation and employ the same methods in sex, but in a fluid way.

Do you have a little more sage advice left kingpole? Can I do this excercise without ejaculating at all? I'm juggling a weightlifting program, JP's beginner program, and want to start this, so i'm trying to keep my testoserone levels up on gym days, and at the same time not wear myself out so I can't jelq. Do you have any suggestions?

Ejaculate anyway!!! Thats an order! The decrease in test levels after abstaining from ejacualtion peaks at the end of 7 days then starts to decline. If you want big muscle ejaculate a mimnum of 4 days per week. Even with Balllooning I think every guy should blow his load. If you don't if will come out later anyway.

The theory about losing power from ejaculation is religious bull crap not supported by the Bible or the Koran.

You're absolutely right Kingpole. I think that ejaculating is essential to any PE routine.

Hey Kingpole, at the risk of threadjacking, any chance you could elaborate on your views on ejaculation? It appears to be one of the more controversial subjects on PE and given you seem to be pro-ejaculation (against the general consensus) i'm curious to see why that is.

Lack of ejaculation causes periliess health issues, heart disease, prostate issues, shortens your life span according to Doctor Oz Oprahs personal doctor whos is a renouned cardiologist.
the premiss that ejaculation makes you weak and and is a sin is religious nonsense. an adult male and female should have a minimum of 4 orgasms per week.
