Default Stretch Theories

Curious to know if anyone out there has researched the various "PNF" stretching methods in relation to PE? Also, when I Kegel, I notice an inflowing of blood into my unit (engorging I guess is the best way to describe it). Is this normal or a sign that I am Kegeling incorrecttly? Can it be useful in Jelq in the beginnning training stages/routines of PE or is it a settup for overtraing? I have read on another site I alluded to in another post that Kegelling with stretching was recommend with no reference to where one was in their training, and am unsure if this would be good advice or bad. Please help with any information/advice and thank you in advance for your time.

I've got nothing for you about stretches, but you are doing the kegels correctly!
