Default How long to Jelq for

I was just wondering whether it would be better to increase the time jelqing once reached 30+ minutes or would it be more beneficial to add more exercises to my routine (stretches) and just jelq for 30 minutes. In the past i have jelqed up to 45 minutes but didnt feel any difference than when i jelqed for 30 minutes. My main goal is to achieve more length so any advice on this would be greatly appreciated thanks.

You would be better off getting on a structured routine like the "90 Day Routine" do it as written. These exercises are for both length and girth. This exercise program gives you a set amount of each exercise to do, without causing injury or over-work.

Take a quick look at the link below and make sure you are Jelqing correctly. Keep your erection level around 50% and a stroke time of around 4-6 seconds, this will produce very good and consistent results. You also need to follow JP's advice and get on a proven routine, this will give you a good baseline so you can have a good idea of what works for you. Good luck. HT.

how long will it take to gain one inch????

When I started PE I had ED could not get it passed 50% erect. Im thinking this is why I gained so quickly. I went on to do higher erection jelqs which add little length but mostly girth. So im duplicating the 40-50% erection level jelqs to see what may come of it. The only difference is I jelq slower. I believe the slower the jelq rep the faster the dick grows.
