after reading the list of ingrediants i think it is safer to use than the medications for baldness out there. Mind you it may not replace what has already been loss but help you keep what you have left.

Another cause of hair loss which is the kind i have is insulin resistance. The only thing that may work for insulin resistance induced hair loss is ginkgo biloba. I have had a lot of hair return, not all of it. Primarily due to the fact that ginkgo helps break down insukin resistance.

Do you recommend taking it daily? or do you think taking a break on the weekends would be more beneficial as the body can't get used to the supplementation?

Take a break from it on the weekend unless you use it to lower blood pressure then you may consisder to use it everyday.

Sorry to bug with questions but I have another. I just bought Nature's Bounty Green Tea extract. It doesn't have a breakdown of the ECCG but what it does say is that 2 capsules equal 630mg of green tea extract and in parenthesis it says (Camellia Sinensis) (Standardized to contain 15% polyphenois, 95mg).

Right now I only take 2 capsules daily, but the bottle suggest take two, two times daily.

Thanks for answering Kingpole. I'll definitely be taking a break from it on the weekends. I'm 20 so I don't have any blood pressure problems just yet

More stuff about green tea from world renowned DR. Dr OZ. FRom realage.com

Here’s an easy way to turn a routine workout into a powerful waist-whittler: Drink green tea.

That’s right. Ditch the Gatorade and instead sip several mugs of the green stuff throughout the day. Research shows that the wonder duo of green tea and exercise may target belly fat better, so it shrinks more easily than with exercise alone.

Fat-Busting Brew
In a study, overweight adults who engaged in an exercise program for 12 weeks lost more belly fat if they also drank green tea daily. The green tea seemed to boost overall weight loss and triglyceride control in the study group, too. The magic amount of tea needed for the effect? Enough to get about 625 milligrams of catechins plus a little caffeine every day (roughly 7 cups daily). Start drinking green tea and use our free online Waistline Tracker to chart your progress.

The Power of Green
Researchers think that catechins in green tea might blast tummy fat by acting on enzymes that influence the body’s calorie- and fat-burning mechanisms. And catechins and caffeine together may boost the body’s metabolism. Brew up a pot of tea the next time friends visit and you can all enjoy these extra benefits as well:Find out how to make a quick and easy green-tea face refresher. RealAge Benefit: Maintaining a constant desirable weight can make your RealAge 6 years younger.

I hear white tea is even better than green tea.

Isn't that the lingo that old detective movies used to use? As in, "I'm going to be taking care of that matter."

Just found 23 ounce cans on sale at Wynn Dixie.............2/$0.99 .....Green Tea with Ginseng Loaded up on them.
Decent flavor and also mixes well with my black tea. I'm hoping to speed up regeneration time, so I'll drink these on days off.
