If its safe to try and may buy some, I mean what do you have to loose by taking some berries  This could be a missing link in PE. I have always wondered if there are "internal" factors which efect PE, such as hormone levels, receptor levels, nutrtition...ie factors other than how hard you stretch, how long you stretch and how much you rest!
Do you still take this extract? I noticed you say your gains are more in sporadic spurts now compared to when you gained. Do you feel edging would be essential if using this extract?

I forgot to mention i was also taking Korean gensing which elevates testosterone. Chromium which helps DHEA work more efficiently, Thyroid glandulars because im hypothyroid. (Note if ylour not hypothyroid, thyroid replacement therapy is not for you) To keep a healthy n ormal acting thyroid makes sure you get iodine and plenty of the aminno acid lysine.
Vanadium sulfate and gynema sylvester doubt these two the later is an aphradisiac and i do believe vanadium elavates teatosterone.
Also i was taking lots of vitamin "C" and Zinc. Testosterone does not act right w/o sufficient amounts of these two elements.
At the time i was taking these things to lower blood sugar. Little did i know that they were helping me grow a bigger dick.
I also believe PE hence strwtching and jelqing offers the same benifits as ballooning does if it is done safely and is included in a mastabatory regimen.
Note: Green tea also blocks and cleanses
dht from the prostate. It is an aratose inhibitor and elevates DHT and Testosterone. Green tea is also a cortisol blocker.
Also blueberries, huckleberries, apples oranges and pomagranates are dick foods.
Beef, Chicken, fish, even pork are dick foods.
Oats and whole grains are dick foods.
