Yes, you should probably hold the foreskin back to stretch. I'm glad you mentioned that! I persoanlly find it helps to get a better grip, and some guys complain that when they don't pull the foreskin back they only stretch the skin. So yes, pull the foreskin back to stretch.

I could'nt agree more, I feel the strech alot more, and can feel the "hardness" in the ligs.. but if it was bad I would stop ..
so thank you so much for clear it out

Doesn't jelqing without the foreskin pulled back lead to turkey-necking though?

Ok, it's not a life or death situation, but it's something I'd rather not have (I've got a little bit going on already! ).

Have made almost an inch in length and never hold the foreskin back. I also don't pull it back for stretching, I just grip tight behind the glans.

I suspect as your dick gets bigger the turkey neck wont be such a problem.

I disagree.

I've been jelqing the past 5 days holding the skin back, and it makes it easier for me to push the blood all the way to the glands. If I don't, the ligs start to pull forward as well as not allowing for optimal blood pressure at the had.

Well, each his own, but allowing it to move forward seems to be the natural direction, go with the flow.
