Is there exercises that is available for the Testicles. I know that you are able to stretch them so they hang lower.

No exercises that I know of. I know some people take Damiana to help with that. I took it for about 3 months and nothing but I guess everyone is different. Other that there is the extreme pumping and silicone injections which I wouldn't recommend. But you can stretch the sac itself just cannot make the testicals themselves bigger.

I have been doing some experimenting with Golf weights, I have found that you can manage to put your testicles through the rings and be able to stretch your sac to put 4 rings on.

general physical fitness and pelvic floor exercises should increase the blood flow to the testicles.

Yea, squats, leg exercises, and back exercises are all good for increasing testosterone to your penis.

Has anyone ever considered pumping your testicles? I've looked in to it and it lookes like it is pretty much a semi-gay fetish, with only temporary results. I would love for much bigger balls to meean much more ejaculate, but I don't believe that is the case. Input?

Increase in circulation in testicles should enhance there function. General fitness exercises particularly of back and legs in addition to Kegel. Testosterone can help to some extent as well.
Streching from outside can not be applied to testes but manual handing and touch should stimulate the blood supply. Vacuum pumps can cause engorgement of the blood vessels but the outer layer of testes is relatively stronger than that of penis hence higher vacuum presuure and for longer time may be needed. Mind you a bleeding, even small could cause a lot of pain, Testes have a lot of nerve supply and are very sensitive to pressure and pain. That is why women in self defence target to hit men's testicals.

When it comes to testicles, remember manhood is because of these though we are more fascinated by penis. It is the magazine behind a gun that is more important than it's barrell. If you end up damaging your testicles you may be at risk of loosing your manhood. Testicles not only produce sperm but also produce testestrone which is the main hormone which makes a man, man and causes sex drive and libido. Hence be carefull what you do to the testicles. Moreover simply increasing the size of testicles is not going to increase your cum. These only produce sperms, most of the cum is from your prostrate. Hence prostrate heath is more important if you want to increase your cum. Testestrone from testicles in important in increasing the cum.
Zinc, copper, cobalt, fructose ( as in honey), Kegels and prostrate massage should help. What do you think.
