Hey Everyone,
Im kinda new here but I've been looking round the forums and I've seen some posts discussing cooling down whilst stretched. IMO this theory holds a lot of promise and I'm surprised it isn't common PE practice. I just got a few questions though:
1. I'm very weary of a lig pop, and everytime I stretch, even at very low intensity my ligaments feel uncomfortable. Because of this I am going to focus stretching the tunica to make gains. Does the same warmth, stretch, cool routine work for the tunica tissues?
2. I want to gain flaccid length. The way I look at it is that if you cool in a stretched state over a period of time the flaccid will stay longer and not retract. This maybe because of more collagen and less elastin, meaning the flaccid penis doesn't have the elasticity to contract and stretch out again. What do you think?
3. Does the tunica tissue break down when not put under stress, or will stretching and cooling over time produce a permanent elongation, without the need for maintainence stretching, even in the far future.
4. How does stretching the penis length ways help girth gains?
5. Would warming, gaining a full erection, then cooling in the erect state produce similar results, including a bigger flaccid?
Quite a few questions here, but that is the key to learning. If you could get back to me soon that would be great,
Thanks,
Tom - Hopefully Big Tom in future
