Default Stretching and the inner penis

Hey guys. Just curious when I have my extender on, and I suppose when I am doing my manual stretching during pe, what I notice is the deep inner penis is very taught. This area has about a 0.5cm diameter. The surrounding tissue is relatively loose by comparison, and it is obvious that this outer region of the penis could stretch well beyond my current measures. What I am curious to know is that, what is this region that is much more taught than the rest of the penis, is it the urethra, corpus spongiosum, or none of the above?

And also is this everyone else's experience?

I try to reach this area manually. Yes, mine is very taut as well. I'm also curious as to what this area is composed of.

From having a closer look I can see that this very tight area runs the length of my penis, is about 3/16 in width, and is more or less right at the top of my penis. when I have a look at anatomy drawings it says that all that is different here is that the main veins come in here. Doesnt sound right though. Anyone got any idea's?

I notice this too. Also my unit is slightly curved to left and the top on the left side is more taut than the right side when stretching straight forward or up
