This is a great thread. Just coming off a strain ligament injury, was hanging to much to fast i guess, stopped immediately after i felt something was wrong. Glad i did too cuz it only took a week to heal fully, planning on starting again tomorrow at light weight and workin back up.
I have had a few injuries over the years. When just starting out instead of reheating a wash cloth to warm up. I tried some deep heat rub like a bengay product, OMG there was not enough cold water to put that fire out... next one in the beginning i tried a device, i think it went by the name "jelq roller" squeezing too hard i bent the arms and opened up the gap for one of the rollers. Next thing i know is the roller poped off and the arm dug into my shaft taking a small chunk of skin from my shaft. Still have scare from that one. Recently from triple clamping i did something that cause a hard narrow lump under my skin, i forget the name that describes this issue. So i have had a few boo boo's but had some progress too so live and learn...

I had really over done a v jelq once had lymphatic vein issue that went away rather quickly a day or so. Then proceded to exercise again same issue occurred this time taking several weeks to heal, 6 perhaps.
Today I got the wonderful news (sarcastic tone) that I strained the muscle that goes from your abdominals to your pelvis. Blast! How I detest this feeling of not being able to do a thing! A question will my gains be lost during the rest period? I gained what is listed below and completed 3 weeks of JP's.
