    Hello Obitoo

I appreciate that you were smart enough never to do PE but I believe you are too quick to diagnose people on the basis of one symptom.
I would like you to consider that we got it from PE, not the way that you did. Also, I did get diagnosed by three andrologists at different hospitals that my condition of hard flaccid is due to autonomic nerve injury. (somewhat similar to what happens during RP) One of the factors in this triple independent diagnosis was a EMG showing denervation potentials in my Corpora. Now CC-EMG is somewhat controversial and we are aware of that, as I said it was more of a pointer whereas for the final diagnosis all my symptoms were considered.

By the way how do I get an account at HardFlaccid.org? I will keep my mouth shut about apoptosis if you don't want that on the forum but I hope you will consider that I might be making some sense. I know the feeling of being certain that you're right but I urge you not to take it to the next level and diagnose everyone else on the basis of one symptom.

Most of the people with HF got it from PE, and that includes many who have healed by treating it as a muscular condition. There is no doubt that there is some form of nerve involvement, numbness is a big part of HF, but that doesn't mean that a nerve was injured. Far more likely is that the nerve is being compressed or impinged upon in some way. EMG is only measuring the strength of the transmission of signals, not the cause of those strengths. An injured nerve is going to have the same potential limited performance has a nerve that is compressed. The major difference is that one would be a really serious injury with very little means for recovery aside from just time and prayer, while the other is relatively easily fixable. The problem with your diagnosis is that a guy with a definite nerve entrapment or nerve compression would show the same exact results on that test. You should get an MRI with contrast. That would show a true injury to the nerve, if there was one.

Many other factors come into play as well, like the fact that HF goes away when lying down or when in different positions. Nerve injuries, vascular anomalies, brain chemicals and other wild ideas people have come up with do not do that. A severed nerve doesn't just heal itself when you lie down or urinate, nor does a blood clot magically vanish. The only thing that does actually happen is that different muscles are being activated, used and are putting pressure on everything down there.

Anyone who is actively pursuing treatment with medical professionals is welcome to post on the site to share their treatment experiences.

I still have no clue what hard flaccid means, but I do have a lot of experience with light hollow penis feeling. I can say that in my case that it pre-dates PE work so I just attribute it to the chaotic stress that has been my life for the past eight years.. God bless all Governments :S lol.
I really don't think (if penis still works fine) that you have injured yourself in any way.. Are you under any external stresses??
