It hung around for a couple weeks but i havent seen it in a while. Also havent clamped in a while.

... they seem to lie under the surface and on occasion appear as if by magic. i dont think you have anything to worry about terra, youve been peing for a while now. your vein structure may have only just decided to show itself.

I have noticed some new veins as well during PE. My penis was not very veiny... but now the veins are more noticeable. Suppose the increased blood flow and engorgement during jelquing makes them stand out more.

Hard vein is never a good sign, how none has said that yet.. You should leave it until it becomes smooth again, is it a vein or a lymph vessel?

Not sure Popol but i havent noticed it in 2 months or so. Also just had a month long Decon break. I will be doing straight manual routines now so hopefully it doesnt come back =).
