One step at a time. I don't think HF is related to any STD at all. It is muscular. Get tested anyway just to be safe in health and mind but your hard-flaccid comes from having a tightness in your pelvic muscles.

Your left side of you penis is smaller? Is your bruise still there?
I don't think it should. Did this happen when you got hard-flaccid or after?

my urologist simply doesn't care about that fact, he says that probably I have injured myself (really??) and it will cure. And something important, my under side of penis (spongy body) hurts everytime I squeeze it, why is that? Perhaps because of my uretra?

How long has it been since this first happened to you? If it is the underside it sounds like you have damaged the bulbacavernosa muscle. I still believe you have hard-flaccid which all of your symptoms can be caused from.

now it's like 6 months. yes, it's my underside and my right side, where my bruise appeared. man i think my penis is shorter now, i'm freaking out. my balls are constantly shrunked too. can I stay like this forever? i'm thinking about getting some growth pills, what do you think? it's desperating, trying to get my penis bigger and it gets smaller! i forgot to refer, i'm having some spontaneous contractions after ejaculating, why is that?

Shorter? By how much precisely? Importantly, is it in flaccid length or erect length where you measured it being shorter?

Believe it or not your penis is probably okay but the pelvic floor muscles which play a huge role in erections and contractions is probably what is the problem.

Look at this site it may help. But I strongly advise you to calm down. Stress can and will make this worse.
As for the doctors, tell them how you believe your pelvic floor is messed up/tight and from there they will give you an exam which if done properly will certainly show it to be a pelvic floor problem.
Physical therapy from a PT who does internal, external, and biofeedback is one of the only ways to fix this. I am willing to bet almost anything you have a pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.
