All right I'll do and tell you how it evolves.

I think I have pretty much the same thing, probably caused by pumping too hard. I went to a doctor/surgeon about it and he said something along the lines of that it's a harmless cyst or lymph. Mine is just one small hard lump/bump under the glans and it doesn't move around with the skin on the penis. The doctor said, since it's harmless there's no reason to surgically remove it unless I really want to or if it grows. He didn't think there was a way to make it go away quicker.

Yours that sounds like lymphocele, there's plenty of info (if its not a cyst) on the forum about it try hot wrap and massage it it should go away in few days .

I've had it for about 6 months now though. There doesn't seem to be much that is working.

Ok so it's probably not fluid build up, at least thats what I would think.
