Need some help. Sharp pain next to frenulum and in Glans

Hi guys. I have not ever engaged in PE but I found this forum and think that the knowledge here can possibly explain my symptoms. I'll go through a brief history.

I am circumcised have masturbated almost every day for the last lord knows how long including days I have sex which is 3-4x a week. My technique has been rubbing mostly just the glans with my thumb in the front and two fingers near or just under the frenulum without any lubrication. Commonly when climaxing, I will squeeze the tip of my penis in an attempt to hold the semen in until I get up and grab a kleenex.

Here is the timeline of my issues:

10 weeks ago - general discomfort in penis and slight inflammation of meatus. Slight burning upon urination and frequent urination with feeling of always needing to go. Slight purplish bruise on top of corona rim where my thumb would be with a couple of really tiny red dots. Dull ache in right testicle. Continued masturbation throughout.

7 weeks ago - Dr. tested for UTI, Chlam, Gon with negative results. Treated with single dose Azithromycin and 4 pills of whatever antibiotic they use for gonorrhea. No improvement. Continued sex and masturbation afterwards

5 weeks ago - Went to GP who thought it was Prostatitis perhaps and took 2 week course of ciprofloxacin with no improvement. Did new STI tests (all negative) and was sent for ultrasound of scrotum and kidneys. Small 4mm kidney stone was found in right kidney. Since then pain is more localized to inside the glans and more specifically to a sensitive spot right underneath the glans just to the right of frenulum where it connects to glans. The area looks slightly irritated and there is a small pronounced vein and a very small whitish lump under the skin that seems to be the main source of sharp pain.

3 weeks ago - Saw urologist who said everything looks ok visually and that the kidney stone should not be causing constant penis pain. Gave me 2 weeks of doxy. No improvement. Still having sex and masturbating throughout.

1 week ago to present - Have taken a week off of masturbating finally thinking that this may be an injury of some sort. Pain is very manageable but still very localized to that spot where there is a small pronounced vein and very small whitish bump under the glans and next to the frenulum. There have been no problems with urination over the last 6 weeks.


Your input would be very helpful as I am at a loss at this point.
