Hi, three days ago I hurt my penis - now I've been reading and it says to wait a week or two, but I'd like to say what I've got anyway since I also see a lot of people who don't get better after a week or two.

Where I've marked in red is where I feel "pressure" (it might be a bit bigger than that), I wouldn't call it pain, but when it happened I did feel a bit of pain. The next morning I felt like throwing up, but I think that was more mental and me worrying.
Reading the sticky this sounds kind of like a strained ligament
As for the problems I'm experiencing, ever since it happens I can't get a fully hard erection, and I can pretty much feel that location all the time. I've been abstaining from masturbating and decided it might be good to abstain from getting aroused (but I can't do much at night/in the morning). It feels almost like when my body goes to pump blood in there, it just can't, or maybe its being pumped out as soon as its pumped in. I'm not really sure how to describe the feeling, however, in all cases my erection, while still the same size/length and so on is far softer, easily being bent slightly were as before it was solid like a 'rock'. Also if it means anything, I can squeeze the head and blood will rush out, but it will then refill over a say 4-5 seconds, but I'm pretty sure it was like that before. I think my penis MIGHT be more "vainy", but the before pictures I have don't really show much difference and I wasn't looking for vains when I took them.
Now, should I be using ice on and off for 20 minutes for a couple times? Or is this a terrible idea. I'm used to sports injuries and this is how they handled them, but the penis ain't an arm or a leg.
Also ibuprofen, I've been taking 1 a day. Good idea, bad? Pain is not my concern, I figured it might help with any inflammation, or even thin the blood slightly to stop internal scabbing even though I think I just made that up
I'll keep this thread continually updated as the weeks go on, but I'd like to hear if people have experience with an injury like this, how it went, what you did to fix it or if you haven't. If this doesn't clear up by two weeks I'll try to schedule a doctor's appointment for whatever good it will do. Unless people think I should act right away.
If it means anything, I only tried 3 PE sessions, I did one, waited a day, then did one each day for two days. I was doing the beginner 90 day thing, except I did like a quarter of the stuff it told me too (except for the stretching/warming up/warming down, I did that all). I'll be stopping PE now, I know it works for others but this scare is more than enough to make me come to terms with myself.
to reiterate, anyone have this before/now/ect, what are the dos and don'ts, and anything I'm currently doing should I not be doing?
Edit: Oh also, I've been reading about "hard flaccid". While I'm not 100% sure on the symptoms of a hard flaccid, when sitting down I kind of notice the penis is tucking in sometimes (though it stretches out once I get up). I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but I seem to have wrinkle marks on my penis from it, so it might not be any problem. I'll keep watching it.
Edit 2: I also forgot to say. The area extends down under the testicles, but not to the other side. It feels cold, colder than the rest of it, but I'm not sure if that's because of sweat because, well balls are sweaty. I don't think it would be, I feel it might be inside rather than outside that is cold
