Around 3 months ago, I did some jelqing for around 3 weeks, and I think I gripped too hard because around the right side of my base, I felt a minor pain irritation. If I wait couple days (2, 4 days) I cant feel pain. When I squat with weights, I feel it, or after strenuous leg workouts like sprinting or basketball. My penis works fine, I get erections every morning, etc. I haven't done jelqing since those 3 weeks, but I would workout upper body weights, occasionally play a sport, plus i work construction.I can technically push through the pain with squatting for example, but i don't want to tear anything.
Is this something serious? Will I eventually be able to try jelqing again? Anyone have experience with this and know how long until it completely heals?
For now, I am applying a heat pad once or twice a day. Any other suggestions? I thought about either ben gay or epsom salt.
P.s. I also can feel iti if I flex and contract that the right side of my body around the groin area, but not the left.
