About LinkBacksHey, so I've been on the JP 90 day beginners routine for about 2 and a half weeks now. However I haven't been warming down.. Well this morning I discovered a red dot on a vein, is this normal or have I damaged the vein? should I take a break from PE? The dot is tiny, looks like a tiny undeveloped zit or something lol. And it's located midshaft on the top.

A red dot should go away in a day and it's nothing serious, warming down is good so you should start doing them.
