    Ok guys...

    I started a routine about two weeks ago or something. I generally did 50-60 jelqs a day for that period with no problem. A few days later I decided to increase the routine by a bit - added about 15 more, and did the 'squeeze' exercise for girth two or three times - I was trying to not overdo it purposely. I will also say that a day after, I was hit in the testicles with a basketball (back luck, I know) - not real hard but it definitely lingered for about 5-10 min.

    Then the next day, I realized I had a hard time getting an erection. It was really weird, because throughout the process that has never been a problem. I gave it a day off, and the next day I tried to masturbate. Again, it took quite a while to build up an erection, but I managed and eventually had an orgasm. Mind you, throughout these two days, I didn't have any pain or lack of sensation - my penis just wasn't responding as it normally does.

    The next few days, I felt the soreness slowly come about, so I have ceased doing any type of PE, but I'm kind of getting worried because it's difficult to get past 50% erect. It's probably been 3 or 4 days since I masturbated, and I wonder if it was just a sore ligament that I aggravated while masturbating, or something else.

    I'd say today the soreness has been at it's worst. Not terrible, but noticeable - it almost feels like a very faint version of being kicked in the junk. The soreness seems to be around my base, and you can feel this if I try to slightly stretch it when flaccid.

    I've read many different forums to find some answers, and even though not all cases have been the same, it seems like the most likely scenario is a ligament strain that I just need to let be for a few weeks. Does this sound correct? Have any of you experienced this??

    Please let me know if any of you have advice. I plan on letting it be, and using hot wraps daily for about a week or two, and if I don't see noticeable improvements, might have to see a urologist... and that would suck and be embarrasing.

    P.S. I'm also supposed to travel to Massachusetts to visit a girl who I really like, and she has been open with me about wanting to have sex when I come up - this is about 5-6 weeks away, and I'm praying I will be functional by then...

    If you got hit in the balls with a basketball, and it lingered for 10-15 minutes, I'd say that is the cause for your lingering soreness. I don't see where you over-worked with PE. Take a week or so off from anything, masturbating, PE and do hot wraps in the groin area for a couple of times a day. Good luck. Keep us informed.

    Soreness is still there, but I successfully and easily got a boner today... so that is a huge relief! Only took about a week....

    I'll continue to take it easy - definitely want to be 100% before I try to start up with the PE routine again.

    Hot wraps are esssential in the haling process. you must still try to get erect though by getting erect you actually relax the penis. So 50% erect is better than nothing. How is the morning erections coming along?

    I've been doing the hot wraps anywhere from 2-4x per day, about 5-10 minutes each...

    Yesterday (which was about a week after I first noticed this) was the first time I got a morning erection, so that in itself was the first good sign. I took it easy for the rest of the day, and at night I decided to watch some porn (not to masturbate, but because I couldn't even get an erection doing that the past week). And I had no problems reaching 90-100% erect, which was another great relief.

    So like I said, things are looking promising after a stressful week - not being able to get hard is every man's worst fear, regardless of size! I'm going to continue the hot wraps and no PE until the soreness is completely gone. Hopefully that will be another couple days. When I do return to PE, I'm going to make sure I keep things simple for the first couple weeks back... I really don't know if the main cause of this was the PE or getting hit in the nuts, but either way it was a learning experience...

    So I masturbated yesterday and I think I may have set myself back again.. AHH!

    My erection was perfect and I tried to not jerk it too hard, but the next day the soreness level went up a bit and again it's a bit tough to get erections during the day.

    I guess I'm not worried as much, though, because I got morning wood the past couple days, which I wasn't getting the previous week.

    Another week or two of rest for me, I really need to get my shit together by the end of this month for my trip up North!!!

    So the final update...

    The soreness is basically 100% gone. Every now and then I feel a little something but it doesn't last long and has not hindered me in any way.

    I'm getting daily morning erections and I can once again get erections whenever I want by watching porn or physical stimulation. I've masturbated daily for the past 5 days or something and have not noticed any setbacks.

    I think I'm finally back to where I was and that is probably the most relieving feeling I've had in a long while.

    That's great news. You've learned a valuable lesson with PE- more is not always better. Take it slow and you'll be rewarded with extra size and stamina. Jump the gun and you'll get hurt.
