Need Help, lost 3 inches of Penis after circa

hi,
i had a radical circ 3 years ago and since then lost 3 inches of erect penis. now aim only 4 inches long and its killing me. i don't know what to do to get it back. my penis retracted into the body after the circ and i also got a turkey neck

you can see at the photos before and after the circ
( i also gained 40 kgs in-between)

Tug on slack skin??? What are you trying to grow a foreskin or the penis. Being circumsised might make PE easier i am uncut and proud.. you might of made a big mistake

Something like hanging would probably do the job of pulling out any inverted penis, or perhaps an extender. Also, lose that weight is a must!

i have a size genetics the problem is that so much skin was cut that the shaft skin creeped up to the tip, and therefore the penis gut hidden deep into the body, tugging and also SG didn't work for me

i did make an album now to, you can see how short cause of the circa my penis got. i hadn't had sex cause of that in 3 years and cause of all the stress i gained 40 kgs. before i was 6-7 inches now iam 3-4 long

you gained 40 kg? That's like 90 lbs. Make sure to measure BP, but with that amount of fat I think there's definitely going to be a great reduction in that measurement as well. I didn't know Circumcision could make you lose 3"! Have you talked to a urologist about it? I think it's because of all the fat. Do whatever it takes to lose weight and you'll get your 3" back.

I dont get how you can lose 3 inches is that even possible? I mean i was circumcised as a baby but how can one at any age affect your penis to that degree.
