subject says it all :/ i have been using my girlfriend as a reference for what works for me and what doesnt. After erect jeqling she would continually comment that i felt bigger so i decided id stick to that over wet jelqing. Now the problem started after we had sex, i dont know if she rode me to hard or what. Anyways, i was going through my normal jelq routine and i noticed that i was losing my erection, this was weird to me because i usually stay hard throughout no problem but i couldnt this time, i also noticed a slight aching pain on the left side of my penis. The next time we had sex i not only had trouble getting it up but also maintaining my erection, im at a loss to what happened, especially because it only really bothers me if i apply pressure otherwise im fine. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was reading through your posts, seeing if you went through a 'conditioning routine', like the JP90 or any other, and did not see that.

Other than you wrestling with the #days on/#days off, you seem to have bailed out on conditioning. My apologies if thats not the case.
For now rest, let that pain thing heal; hopefully soon.Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

Take rest until it heals, and when you resume PE, be more careful and gentle, use less pressure, less force and less intensity, do not exercise under pain.

Point to make; conditioning prepares the penis for more rigorous PE workouts, more strenuous activities.
Proceeding without conditioning, well,it increases the possibility for self injury.

As noted above, your focus should be on conditioning, if you do not rest you will harm your penis, not make gains.
PE is a long term commitment, penile health and EQ come first, and then gains do build upon them, take it slow, and easy, only a healthy penis can make gains.

This was a bit longer than I said it'd be haha but basically through rest I actually did gain but I'm still scared due to the nature of why I started doing this you know. Don't get me wrong my girlfriend was basically speechless that I'd do all this before but I feel like a girl can only be happy so long if you don't satisfy her sexually :/
