New discovery for noose type extenders..

Found this at a local pharmacy today:

It's for toes, a gel cushioned tube with soft material around it. When I saw it I thought the andropenis noose would fit right in it and it would be a good alternative to that huge white foam roll. I haven't tried it yet but it looks promising.. sort of a compromise between the raw noose and giant foam bit. I'll report back after I try it tomorrow.

!!ok an update, long term use the cloth started to irritate me, so i turned the tube inside out so that the silicone gel is against my glans instead of the cloth. much much better now..

**another update.. it hasn't worked out long term. It was good for a couple days but the fabric became abrasive, i tried turning it inside out only to find it was too slippery. oh well.. maybe someone else will have better luck with some modifications.

ok, threaded the noose through the gel/cloth sleeve and am now using it. Hands down the most comfortable I have ever been in the noose! Fears of not being able to manage several months of extending have vanished

ok checking in after 4hrs use. It is beyond remarkable imo. I can't even tell I have the noose on so I hope some others try this. It is a massive difference in comfort, I would say the silver bullet for me

Have you needed to cut it to a shorter length ?

i just cut it to the same length as the foam ones that came with the andropenis...
