hey guys ive been PEing for 2 years on and off an have seen great results in girth an good results in length and overall EQ. after buying a FASTSIZE extender an seein further results i have decided to get a hanger. i just dont have the hours that a extender needs to be effective so i could do 20 minute hanging sessions way easier then hour long extending sessions. heres my plan im going to get the bib starter an the kaplan pump or any other good quality pump. im thinkin the hanger is going to take care of length needs and the pump will do for my girth needs so how would u guys go about dividing these to systems. ive heard u can do 1 or 2 20 minutes hanging sessions daily an pump sessions maybe 3 days a week right? so how would i go about dividing this an if im doing hanging should i still do manual stretches an if im pumping now should i still do as many jelgs? also ive read that hanging at 6 oclock is great for reversing baseball bat effect, has anyone on this forum had those benifits from hanging? ide like to hear your results on that. any advice would be great, from pump systems u recommend to hang regimins you recommend. any advice u got i want it
