In our effort to build as much free knowledge on PE as possible, over the past month or so we've added a few articles on penis enlargement devices. Two of those being by Bib -- presumably the most experienced hanger:Bib has been kind enough to answer hanging-related questions, time permitting. So if you have any questions you would like answered, please post them here. I can't promise they'll get answered, but it's a step in the right direction.

BIB is THE hanging pioneer! The man started hanging 10 years ago when the concept of PE on the internet was still in its infancy. I had the pleasure of being able to interview him a few years back: Big Al: 1. You're pretty well known in the natural PE circles for your awesome gains! Exactly how much have you gained through the use of natural techniques? BIB: I have gained 4 3/4 inches in length and 1 3/4 inches in girth. I started at a little less than 6 L, and a little less than 5 G (base). Now I am 10 3/4 inches in length and 6 3/4 inches in girth (base) Big Al: 2. How long did it take for you to make those gains? BIB: In length, I gained two inches in the first eight months. I had gained 4 1/2 inches after two years, and have added 1/4 inch in the last four months. In girth, I gained one inch within the first year. Then nothing for a long time. Since starting Uli exercises in March 2000, I have gained an additional 3/4 inch at the base. I have gained over one inch below the head since March. Big Al: 3. What methods/routines did you use to make those gains; and which do you think helped your gains the most? BIB: Starting in June 1998, I essentially PEed for between eight and eleven hours per day, five days per week. Of course, I slowly worked up to these levels over the first six months. I am lucky that I work at home, generally without interruption. I would warm up first with light milking, then begin hanging. In between hang sessions, I milked lightly to restore circulation. Then at the end of the day, I would milk for 20-30 minutes. I began slowing down on hanging after two years because I did not want any more length. I hang very little now but still milk, and Uli for girth. It is hard to say exactly but without doubt, hanging is responsible for the majority of my length gains. Milking is responsible for at least some of the girth gains, and since March, I give Uli's the credit for the girth gains toward the head. Big Al: 4. How does one go about getting one of you famous "BIB hangers"? BIB: Well, you can make a simple or modified hanger from the instructions found on EZboards (now PEForum- specifically HERE). Hopefully, after the first of the year, I will have a production model of a better hanger ready for sale. I will market this hanger over the Internet. (NOTE- You can now purchase the BIB hanger HERE.) Big Al: 5. Any suggestions for the PE novices? BIB: First, learn. Anatomy, the various exercises, what they do, and what you should expect. After you feel confident in what you are supposed to do, start slow, and then increase intensity slowly. Learn about your body and how it reacts. Learn to understand the various feelings you will encounter; fatigue, stress, injury, numbness. Do not expect results without dedication. This is not magic. It is simply inducing a stress on a part of the body in a manner which results in that body part becoming larger. Controlled damage. This requires a level of consistency and persistence. By the same token, you must have rest to allow for rebuilding and recuperation. You should learn quickly when rest is required and how much, depending on your level of work. Man, I wish I could afford one of those BIB hangers! When he says "milking", what exactly does he mean? And he shows instructions on how to make a "Uli Thing"...is that just basically clamping then? Big Al, if this breaks rules in any way, please let me know. I do not mean to disrespect anyone with what I'm about to say! Is there any chance someone could build me one of these BIB hangers? He lists the instructions on how to make one, but I lack the technical knowledge of how to do it...in short, I am terrible at constructing things, and I'm scarred to build something that I will put on my penis! Bib is so generous with how he gives to others over at his forum, his replies would be huge and detalied and he seemed to reply to everyone in person! Great guy! |

Wow, bib gained ALOT! I myself woulda stopped earlier but that's just me Anywho, does anyone know if bib's hanger on his site comes with a routine? Considering getting one (save up first of course, 130 all at once would hurt) since the homemade one I wouldn't trust my carpentry skills. Thanks

Just wondering...i was using a rolled up swim cap with a light weight attached to it for hanging. I want to start hanging again what do you recommend? Thanks Arch |
