So I have been searching and have not found what I am looking for yet.
I want an overall routine that includes the Bathmate. I have read a routine with the bathmate that also includes an extender(which I don't have), I have read people using it for stretching and then doing "their routine" which isn't explained, etc...
I am a beginner at this so I am not sure how to incorporate it into my routine. Should I do bathmate/bathmate hardcore stretching and then do JPs 90 day routine afterwards? or is there another more effective routine altogether?
Basically I am looking for a routine where I can incorporate my bathmate into it to maximize my gains..
Any suggestions for a routine with Bathmate?
