Hey everyone,I posted recently on buying a pump, been using it for a week and I actually enjoy it and managed to fight the swelling by using baby oil vs lube. So now ik I am noob at the "pumping" but when shud I be able to get past pumping on 5kg? And I need a SOLID routine by today if possible so I can start getting used to it n know when to rest and when to b active.also, I have noticed my foreskin has grown which was something I really do not need or expected,is that apart of pumping as well? And what type of diet should I follow? I also trying to increase my load for when I engage with a woman,she can be blown away lol no pun intended,any advice would be nice,thank you. I am just ready to move past 5kg lol

1. Going past 5 in.Hg is borderline foolish if you are serious about making real gains. If you want to take the route of an extreme pumper and just pump to get a bloated cock, by all means have at it. Since you JUST started, you shouldn't be doing anything near 5 for a while. Pumping is a long term exercise. Long sessions with a low pressure level is your BEST option to making gains. I did that for a while (pumped up near 7 to 10 Hg) and saw nothing - once I brought the pressure back down, the gains came.
2. To alleviate the foreskin issue, pull it back and wrap with an Ace bandage. I'm cut but I have read many accounts where the wrapping technique works well to help fight edema/donut.
3. As far as diet, make sure you drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated - you tend to lose fluids a bit during pumping. Stay away from stiff with high fat content to keep circulation good.
4. Pumping won't increase your load - a proper diet suited for that and certain pills will though (I personally use Ejaculoid and Semenax and both work great).
5. Read the Pumping 101 thread and be SAFE when pumping. If you rush this, you will injure yourself. Period.
6. As far as routine, you can check my old log from last year if you'd like - look for when I was using VacuTech pump for an idea of a typical session. I agree with GTO and it really is advisable to keep your vacuum under 5 in. I wear a rubber sleeve just under my glans and this helps a lot to reduce the donut effect for me and allows below the sleeve to my base to pack my tubes. I use vacu-tech elliptical tubes.
Getting past 5 in. Is not really the goal it should be longer time in the tube. During this time you will want to remove from the tube in example every 20 minutes release the vacuum for a few minutes and kegal to bring in fresh blood do this for a few minutes then pump back up. Maybe next break i will come out of my pump to jelq and stretch again for fresh blood and the stretch does not hurt either. You guessed it back in the tube.
