Post Jess extender testing routine...

Hello guys,

I have been under PE beginners guide for 4 months already,
and decided to buy a Jess-Extender to Aid me on the stretching workout...


For this I decided to try out a routine and keep this routine
as simple and light as possible...

so this will be it...


I am using the jess-Extender I guess you can use the one you like the best...



Testing Routine!

- worm up your penis for at least 10 to 12 minutes, I am doing it using a normal shower hot water !

- Apply your Extender and configure it to your desired stretch force, remember that stretching to much with
this kind of devices can cause very painful injuries so be very careful and go slow on the strech...

- Leave the Extender on for 15 to 20 minutes without removing it...

- take the extender of and warm up your penis again for the same period of time as before...

- apply the extender again and leave it for the same 15 to 20 minutes on...

- take the extender of again and warm up your penis one more time as before...

- repeat the same extender using for another 15 to 20 minutes...

- take the extender of and warm up your penis as before....

- Do 3 sections of 50 jelqs ( Milking) resting in between them 2 or 3 minutes...


Kegel during the extender use

- Do 5 hard kegels in each extender section....




Attention this is a test PE training

I am trying it out since the use of the extender can not be for long periods cause of the
gland circulation failure and irritations...


This is for me the best way to combine an extender with your normal PE
as it doesn't force the penis to much and helps the grow in a controlled way...


if you are in a more advanced state you can increase the penis extender using time and sections...


I hope this works out
will tell you guys later the progress records...

Hi guys,

been doing this exercise for this all month,
made corrections to it and changes to the training,


the goal is to use the extender as a tool to help with the streching
trainning sections and this way turn the streching times and
sections much more effective...


I gain more in this month that in the previouse months that I trained without
the extender...

I will post soon the new trainning routine that is now
on Active and the gains I had with it this month...


I have gained a lot in a month and this proves
my teory that using this kind of devices along with the PE exercises you will see
results faster and with less effort on the strechings...

Hi,
It has been a year now and I am keen to know more about the permanent results you have achieved with using the jess extender. Can you possibly post a little more about the results that you achieved, possibly with some meausrements as I am thinking about adding a extender to my routine.
