Whenever I tried to use a regular (metal) hose clamp I would lose my erection very quickly. I think my penis was afraid  I started using Cable clamps and things seem a little better. I can clamp it tight before my erection starts to go down.

since I'm new too i have to ask. What is the purpose of the clamp? Is it to assist with PE exercises? Like assisting in maintaining an erection? Or is the clamp an exercise in itself? Thanks!

My girth right now is 5.2 EG. What size hose clamp should I get? 5/8" OD Adjustable Plastic Hose Clamp (1/2" ID) or 1/2" OD Adjustable Plastic Hose Clamp (3/8" ID) sorry, I am terrible at math :/ |

I personally think clamping is stupid. You can easily damage the tissue by keeping those on for awhile. Not to mention permanently disfigure your penis like in those pics.
