Default Idea for kegel machine.

Hey,

I was just thinking. You know you get those devices that tone your 6 pack without you doing anything. (I assume that they work by using little electric pulses to stimulate the muscles.) Could you do something similar for you PC muscle? Kinda like an auto kegeler, slowly work up the number and duration of squeezes until you are kegeling 8 hours a day for several mins each. If it worked then could this idea be applied to the outside of the groin or would it involve sticking electrodes up your ass?

All bullshit aside here, NO! The BC and PC muscle tissues are very fragile. You could absolutly rip them to shreds with a device like this. You can actually do harm by doing too many Kegels without proper rest. A good indicator would be EQ. I would recommend doing around 120 per hour, That would be like 20 Kegels every 10 minutes. With at least a 30 minute break between sets. Then do another set of 120. Which would = around 500 kegels per day.

I have been doing Kegels for sometime now and can still over-train. JP is a pro and can do more than most people but, if you really want to improve yourself then stick with the manual exercises and gradually increase reps and intensity as you go. As with anything thats associated with PE, it will take time to see results so stick with it.

This is why i only kegel on edging days. You need a break from kegels as well as any type of PE exercise. One day on one day off aproach is good.

This remindes me of jackass, where they put the electrodes on his choda.... the guy didn't seem to like it too much, lol, so I am going to say that no, its not a good idea.
