Yea, that would be great. Add this to the routine I posted for you in the other forum. Start a new thread in the main PE forum for your log.

Hey Mean, I can get the same results from using Golf Swing Weights, plus they are only $1.50 each.

Ayoz, I know that they are a little different then the golf swing weights. No I haven't used PE weights.

Dust, Yea, they weigh more and don't pinch as much. You say you're already up to 7 rings, you might want to try PE weights when you run out of room  |

Ayoz, Are they the ones that Monty has? I really don't have any problem with them right now. They fit snug enough so they don't pinch. You might be right about running out of room. The seven that I wear weights 2.1/2 lbs
