Is it ok to Ejaculate after you have just done all your exercises? If not, howcome? |

I do it all the time. As you can see by my signature it has not hindered any growth for me.

Haha that a way Kingpole, you da man. Personally I don't, but everyone is different. Some people say don't ejaculate after PE, some say it's ok. You just have to find what works for you, asc247. Good luck bro.

Actually I get more plump if I masturbate every day I work out. But I am doing it a couple of hours after my workout.. I dont think ejaculating hinder gains, but maybe some penises need a bit more rest after workout than others? As we can se, it hasn`t hindered kingpole in growing, so I think it is individual. Try and see how it responds!
