Once you've completed the 90 day beginner routine and you've seen some small gains, which routine do you do next?
There isn't a sticky in the ''Advanced'' forum that tells you what to do.
Maybe somebody should make a 90 Day Advanced Routine.
Then a 90 Day Advanced #2 Routine, where the exercises get more intense, and so forth.
So tell me, what comes after the 90 day beginner routine? Do I just add exercises from the Penis Enlargement Gym - Advanced Exercises
