  • What kind of routine comes after the 90 Day Beginner Routine?

    Once you've completed the 90 day beginner routine and you've seen some small gains, which routine do you do next?

    There isn't a sticky in the ''Advanced'' forum that tells you what to do.

    Maybe somebody should make a 90 Day Advanced Routine.

    Then a 90 Day Advanced #2 Routine, where the exercises get more intense, and so forth.

    So tell me, what comes after the 90 day beginner routine? Do I just add exercises from the Penis Enlargement Gym - Advanced Exercises

    Thanks. Oh, and when can I start clamping?

    Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'


    Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

    Radiohead, you shouldn't even be worried about what comes next until January 15, 2009. You need a full 90 days to properly condition for any advanced exercises.
    After you complete the conditioning routine, you can pretty much do any exercises that you find on these or any other forums. Just remember, some of the advanced exercises are pretty intense. Take everything slow and listen to your body.

    That's awesome. After the 90 day routine, I can use any exercise that I want. That's pretty phenomenal. I'm gonna keep the 90 day routine as a base, then Im gonna add exercises. I already do that, but I'm add some more fucked up exercises and maybe start hanging with Captn's Wench (build it yourself hanger) Captn's Wench: PE Device - Matters of Size :: Free Penis Enlargement Forums and Exercises

    Or I might use some other method to hang weights from my dick.
